If you are shipping to a Residential Address and you select Business Address for your shipping, please be aware that additional charges will be billed to you. Rush Delivery Service Shipping Charges

We will ship your Expedited Shipping order on the SAME DAY as long as your order is placed by 1:30 pm ARIZONA TIME on Monday -Friday. You MUST provide a telephone number where you can be reached immediately should we need to get further shipping information to you.

Worldwide Shipping

Yes! We ship Worldwide! Rates are shown at the time of check-out. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

"UPS Standard to Canada (7-10 Business Days)" This can be used to ship to both Canada and Mexico. Rates for Standard to and from Canada do not include charges for customs clearance. Rates for Standard to and from Mexico include routine customs clearance. From the U.S. to Mexico, customs clearance by UPS is required. Customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the importer. Some shipments to and from certain locations may require additional time in transit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We prepay and add only the international delivery charges for your order. We do not add the duty, brokerage and import taxes (if any.) These charges vary from country to country and from province to province. Sometimes they are not charged at all. If any are charged, you will be responsible for paying them at the time of delivery.

Special Signature Confirmation Note:

UPS is responsible for your package once it leaves our building. If you require a signature for delivery (if you live in an area where it's possible for your package to be stolen if left outside of your door or porch area) you MUST notify us. Otherwise, it will be left to the discretion of the UPS driver to leave the package or not leave the package without a signature. Once we have filled your order and shipped your order, we cannot be held liable for the delivery of your package. We will always provide shipping confirmation as well as proof that your package was shipped and delivered.

Special Signature Confirmation Note (over $500):

We require customer signature at the time of delivery for all orders above $500. If this poses a problem for you on the expected date of delivery, please call us at 928.855.6075 before your package has shipped.

Address Corrections / Intercept Fees:

If we are given an incorrect shipping address UPS charges us $11.00 to correct the address and/or zip code. This is not a charge we can control, and it will be passed on to you, so PLEASE make sure to double-check the addresses you enter! If you need to CHANGE an address after the shipment has already left ShopWildThings: UPS also charges $11.00 for delivery intercepts. This also includes boxes that will be re-routed to be returned to us. Address change and package intercept fees are hard costs to us and are not waived or discounted.

We are shipping most orders in two business days. Occasionally we will ship smaller items in USPS Priority Mail envelopes or boxes. Your order will then arrive in 2-3 Days. Sometimes this will be faster than UPS!

The UPS Ground Shipping Map indicates the number of days it takes for a package to arrive (after it's shipped) from our location in Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406 using standard UPS Ground shipping.) The term "Business Day" refers to Monday through Friday. "Business Day" excludes weekends and UPS or USPS holidays.

Returns and Restocking Charges


Returns and/or exchanges are allowed within 15 days of product receipt. WE REALLY CANNOT ACCEPT MERCHANDISE BACK AFTER THIS TIME AND WILL NOT HONOR RETURNS AFTER THIS TIME. Packages sent to us without an RMA# written on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to you. Merchandise must be shipped back to us in original packaging and in resaleable condition. We deduct the UPS shipping cost for the original shipment (which may exceed any promotional shipping rate) and refund the balance to the customer by the same payment method as the original order. Damages

If UPS damages a package in transit, we must be notified within 5 days of product receipt. You will be sent a replacement item as well as a call tag for the damaged item. If there are any other problems with the receipt of your package (packing mistakes happen VERY occasionally!) You must notify us within 5 days of package receipt.

Custom Orders

For more CUSTOM ORDER information, please contact us. Custom bead curtain orders are available in large quantities only. Custom painted bamboo curtains are available in quantities of 50 or more with 3 months lead time. Custom length acrylic beaded curtains up to 24' long are available with a minimum $1,000 order and have a 2 to 3 month lead time. Custom color acrylic beaded curtains are available with a minimum order of 100 standard sized curtains or the equivalent length of strands. Call us at (928) 855-6075 with your questions. For large projects, strands of beads in custom lengths (with or without header rod) are available as custom orders in large quantities. Please call for RUSH delivery custom order information. Custom orders are not returnable and are sold on a prepaid basis or by contract.
